    Guest Relations

    • Respond promptly to booking requests and guest communications
    • Provide necessary access information and check-in instructions
    • Be available to address guest concerns during their stay
    • Treat all guests with respect and without discrimination

    Legal Compliance

    • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for hosting
    • Comply with local zoning laws and housing regulations
    • Pay all applicable taxes on rental income
    • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your property

    • ReelStay acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for host-guest disputes

    Liability Limitations

    • Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to ReelStay
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Users assume risk for property damage and personal injury
    • Third-party service providers have separate liability limitations

    Indemnification

    • Users agree to indemnify ReelStay against claims arising from their use
    • Hosts indemnify against claims related to their property or hosting
    • This includes legal fees and damages from third-party claims
    • Indemnification survives termination of these terms

    Dispute Resolution
